4th Delivery

4.1 Delivery is only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

4.4 Should the delivery of the goods fail due to fault of the customer despite three attempts to deliver, "Koffer Schweiz" can withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be reimbursed immediately.

5th Payment Terms

5.1 Payment can be made either in advance (by bank transfer or bank transfer), by invoice (1.5% processing fee), by credit card, by TWINT by PayPal account or by cash on collection.

Credit check and scoring:

Purchase on account / reminder fees:

The invoice is payable within 30 days. The invoice is paid on time if the amount owed is in the recipient's account by the end of the last day of the payment period.

If the payment deadline is not met and no fixed due date has been agreed, the customer will be in default of payment by a reminder. In the event of a delay in payment, the defaulting customer will be charged reminder fees (first reminder CHF 20.00, second reminder CHF 25.00). If the claim is not settled even after the reminders have been sent, Kasten Fey reserves the right to assign the claim to a third party or to commission the collection with costs for the customer.

When paying in installments, you can choose between two or three installments. For the installment payment method, a fixed fee of CHF 5.00 including VAT will be charged in addition to the shopping cart value. We assign the claim for the processing of the installment agreement. 1st installment is due within 10 days of the invoice date

2nd installment is due within 40 days of the invoice date

3rd installment is due within 70 days of the invoice date

If an installment payment is delayed, the total amount is due for payment immediately.

5.2 When selecting the advance payment method, "Koffer Schweiz" will name his bank account details in the order confirmation or make them available in the customer account. 5.3 Offsetting with counterclaims not recognized or not legally established by the customer is excluded. In the event of late payment, dunning fees of up to CHF 10.00 may apply.

5.4 The customer can only exercise a right of retention if the claims are based on the same contractual relationship.

5.5. If payment is not made on time, "Koffer-Schweiz" reserves the right, after a single payment request, to forward further processing to a collection agency.

7th Withdrawal

7.2 The exercise of the right of withdrawal will result in the conversion of the purchase agreement into a repurchase agreement, under which the benefits received under the purchase agreement will be refunded. 7.3 After receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer immediately.
