These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, the customers of the online shop "Suitcase Switzerland" of

3. Prices and shipping costs

3.2 In principle, all shipping methods for "Koffer Schweiz" are free of charge for the customer. 4.1 Delivery is only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

5th Payment Terms

Credit check and scoring:
Suitcase Fey reserves the right to obtain creditworthiness information about the customer in order to protect its own interests during the purchase process and can forward customer data to third parties for this purpose.
For this purpose, the personal data required for a credit check (first and last name as well as address data) are transmitted to an external credit agency. CRIF AG, Hagenholzstrasse 81, 8050 Zurich, carries out a corresponding assessment of creditworthiness and creditworthiness based on mathematical-statistical processes. The information obtained here about the statistical probability of non-payment is included in the decision on the establishment, implementation or termination of the contractual relationship.

Purchase on account / reminder fees:
The invoice and 1.5% processing fee is payable within 30 days from the day of the order. The invoice is paid on time if the amount owed is in the recipient's account by the end of the last day of the payment period.
If the payment deadline is not met and no fixed due date has been agreed, the customer will be in default of payment by a reminder. In the event of late payment, the defaulting customer will be charged default interest of 5% plus reminder fees of CHF 20. If the claim is not settled even after a second/third reminder has been sent, Kasten Fey reserves the right to assign the claim to a third party or to commission collection of the claim at the expense of the customer.

Disclosure of personal data:
Your personal data will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery or the corresponding financial service provider as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery or payment of the goods.
5.2 When selecting the advance payment method, "Koffer Schweiz" will name his bank account details in the order confirmation or make them available in the customer account. The invoice amount has to be transferred to our account within 10 days. When paying by credit card, the customer's account will be debited [with shipment of the goods].
5.3 Offsetting with counterclaims not recognized or not legally established by the customer is excluded. In the event of late payment, dunning fees of up to CHF 10.00 may apply.
5.4 The customer can only exercise a right of retention if the claims are based on the same contractual relationship.
5.5. If payment is not made on time, "Koffer-Schweiz" reserves the right, after a single payment request, to forward further processing to a collection agency.

The goods remain the property of Koffer Fey until full payment. Before transfer of ownership, pledging, transfer, processing or transformation without the consent of [DemoShop] is prohibited.
7.1 We grant you a right of withdrawal on the products purchased from us. Please send us your cancellation in writing (eg by e-mail, fax or letter) within 30 days after receipt of the goods. 7.2 The exercise of the right of withdrawal will result in the conversion of the purchase agreement into a repurchase agreement, under which the benefits received under the purchase agreement will be refunded. The customer must return the received goods unused with the original packaging within 30 days after explanation of the revocation to "suitcase Switzerland". The shipping costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the customer.
7.3 After receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer immediately. Excluded are additional services such as costs for express delivery and shipping costs from CHF 6.00 to an order value of CHF 100.00, subject to a deduction of the refund of the purchase price for possible damage or excessive wear of the goods. No deduction shall be made if the loss of value is due to the need to deal with them in order to determine the nature, condition and serviceability of the goods. 8.1 "Koffer Schweiz" warrants that it remedies any defects. This is done at the option of "Suitcase Switzerland" by supplementary performance, namely elimination of a defect (repair) or delivery of a defect-free item (replacement).

The contractual relations between the customer and "Suitcase Switzerland" are subject to substantive Swiss law to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980
